SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on all US orders

Every order shipped within the United States ships free. No minimum purchase.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during prom season or because of carrier delays.

Need it for prom by a certain date?

If your prom is coming up, call us at (773) 664-2338 or message us on WhatsApp before you order, and we'll do our best to get it to you in time. You can also visit one of our stores.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost. See our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges.
